However, the flight jacket is limited to only enlisted aircrew, aeronautically rated officers, and officer and enlisted space and missile operations personnel. The Presidential Honor Guard Brigade wears dress uniforms similar to those used by the Hussar troop raised by Simon Bolivar in 1816. Each shirt shall have permanent creases; three creases on the back and one on each front of shirt. In 1963, tropical combat clothing was classified for production and issued to soldiers serving in Vietnam. Army National Guard and Troop Program Unit Soldiers will begin receiving uniforms no later than 4QFY21. Drill Sergeants at the IET locations and Initial Entry Soldiers will begin to be issued the uniforms in 1QFY21. The IET locations will be Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Fort Jackson, South Carolina; Fort Benning, Georgia; and Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fielding will be rolled-out on a 'wave' approach to the four IET/OSUT Central Initial Issue Points beginning with Fort Sill in 1FY21. This new uniform will have no additional cost for the American taxpayer or enlisted Soldiers.
